Move in/out dates are negotiable. Rent will be adjusted for move in and move out dates. The room comes with a bed, dresser, desk and chair. The room is large and has a large bathroom and 🚶 walk in closet. There are three other roommates who are 👨 male and engineers and each have their own bedrooms. These are great 👨 guys, I lived with them for a year and haven&#;t had any issues. There are two living rooms and a kitchen, so the place is roomy. We do not allow 🐕 pets because of allergies.
