Jan 2016: The apartments themselves are beautiful and well kept and the ladies in the office are very polite and usually helpful BUT the service/repair workers are incredibly irresponsible and lazy. They send emails saying a service request was finished when they haven't been to the apartment at all or I've waited days to see them at all. (one time my fridge was broken and it took four days of me throwing away food and going to the office every 24 hours to get them to finally come). When they are doing basic maintenance, such as painting the door or railings, they do not put up wet paint signs or let anyone know that they will be loud at 8am outside your door.
Review from 1/20/16 on GoogleDec 2015: I have been here for almost one year. At first It was just an ok community in a great location. After one year I can see a major change. The property looks amazing! The staff is always nice and friendly. Quickly resolving any issues in a timely manner. Great place to call home.
Review from 12/9/15 on GoogleNov 2015: Well I don't know where to begin. We moved to this apt complex a year ago from Virginia. Since I have been here, it has been nothing but disappointments.
First: my husband drove a Uhaul truck from va to FL in one day, when he arrived, they refuse to even let him chill for a second because he didn't have the physical paperwork for renters' insurance. He had to immediately drive around town (we don't know) to find a nearby office.
Second: A/C stop working , took them 3-4 days to fix and put a stupid fan In the apartment in which our electricity bill went up.
Review from 11/15/15 on GoogleJul 2015: Okay so me and my fiance went to go look at this place and we walk into the leasing office and none of the leasing agents even bother to acknowledge us. When one finally notices my 6'6 ass standing there they then acknowledge me and say "Hi can you please take a seat in our clubhouse we will be right with you" there me and my fiance are sitting on their couch for 10 minutes. Felt like I was at her house for the first time and daddy was home it was that awkward.
Review from 7/30/2015 on GoogleJul 2015: I do not know where to begin addressing how unfulfilling my stay at this complex has been. The residents are mostly students from Full Sail/UCF, a good amount of drug dealers and other questionable people. If you drive around the complex during the day you can see from windows microphones and other equipment related to music and entertainment industry. With that said, the noise level will interfere with your daily life and goes on at all hours of the day and night and nothing gets done about it. This complex is 30 years old and you can hear everything. I am telling you everything!! If its not one neighbor its the other, you'll never get a break. Either someone is cursing out their kids, blasting music and/or home theater system at random hours of the day, smoking pot in the stairwells.

Sep 2014: Sunkey is a great community. The grounds are well kept and the apartments are well maintained. It is conveniently located to shopping areas, public transportation and to the local universities. Our experience has been very a positive one.
