My apartment is a 4x4 and rent is $ a month with utilitiesincluded (🌊 water, sewer and trash, as well as 💡electricity to a cap). Looking for a 👩 girl ONLY , all other residents are 👩 female. Move in date is May 5th, able to drop off boxes before move in day if desired.
💡electricity has a cap of $ and if the unit goes over the cap, the remainder is split 4 ways (up to $). There is a 💛 UCF🚌 shuttle that passes by every minutes that takes you to campus.
My unit is fully furnished and includes an in unit washer and dryer, dishwasher, full ⛄ fridge, oven, ☢ microwave, two couches and one lounge chair, a bed (Full XL), a desk, a dresser, a spacious 🚶 walk in closet, and a private full bathroom. The apartment is on the 1st floor and is Room A.
Room A is the largest room. It comfortably fits two dressers, a desk, bed, two bookshelves, and an Ikea 6 cube shelf with plenty more room.
My roommates are quiet and barely in the common room.
One of my roommates does have a cat, however, the cat lives in her room and never comes out.
