Lark Central is located 4 min from 💛 UCF The 💛 UCF🚌 shuttle comes every minutes Mon-Fri to take students to and from different points on campus and Publix.
It is a 2X2 with lots of space. Rent is $ a month but May rent WILL BE COVERED because of conflicting move-out ⌚times. All utilities are included in the rent. There are no other fees that will be required to be paid.
You will have your own private room and bathroom, and a very spacious 🚶 walk-in closet. no mold, no bugs, no smoke. The apartment can be kept cold or warm depending on your liking. Pictures will be provided on demand,
My other roommate will be staying for the summer but will be in and out between their hometown and here. She is 🎇clean, kind, social, and welcoming.
