All utilities are unlimited and included (wifi, 🌊 water, and 💡electricity). It is fully furnished and has an in-unit washer and dryer. Lark has many amenities including a resort-style 🏊 pool, a fully equipped gym, 2 study rooms, a basketball court, a full beach sand volleyball court, and much more. Parking is an additional $ for the garage and visitor spaces wrap around the building.
The property is 5 minutes away from 💛 UCF! There is a 🚌 shuttle service that takes students to and from Lark to 💛 UCF, Monday-Friday.
