Very quiet, comfy place. I&#;ve lived here since and haven&#;t had any complaints, but I&#;ve graduated and I&#;m moving for a job up north, and won&#;t need the room anymore. Bedroom has its own bathroom, tub, closet, and comes with furniture. Unit has its own laundry room with new washer and dryer. Roommates are friendly and quiet, and the whole apartment is 🎇clean with no bad smells. *Very* fast internet and all utilities are included as part of the rent. Maintenance is very responsive, almost always same-day repairs, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Knights Circle is the closest you can live to 💛 UCF without living on campus dorms, easy to drive, 🚴 bike, or 🚶 walk, and the 🚌 shuttle can reliably get you on campus (I went 3 years without a parking pass!) Area around the apartment is nice with plenty of shaded paths, 🏊 pools, basketball courts, and plenty of other activities.
