Oct 2016: Very low crime and consistent improvements over the last three years. Communication could be better, but they're at least trying. Keep up the good work! Review from 10/25/16 on Google
May 2016: I decided to move back to the Orlando area after living in Los Angeles for over 10 years. I researched many places to live and read any reviews I could find. Searching for an apartment when you're 3,000 miles away is already an incredibly stressful situation but add in my pickiness and it could have been a recipe for disaster. Thankfully Highpoint Club and specifically XXXX made the process much less cringe worthy. She always answered my e-mails quickly, never once lost the smile in her voice on the phone when answering one of my 100's of questions and went above and beyond to help ease my fears. Mar 2016: Maintenance people are great. Leasing people are friendly. Buildings are okay. Water pressure is terrible. Hot water heaters are tiny and don't keep the water hot for long. Every Tuesday the lawn people are here at 8am to wake you up. Every other week day somebody is outside with a leaf blower at 8am to make sure you're not late to work. Dirt and pollen are blown from the ground and curbside onto your car and into your apartment. Great place to live if you work a normal 9-5 job that you can walk or bike to. Not so great if you're a student, work a night shift, own a car, or like to sleep past 8am. Review from 3/1/16 on Apartment Ratings
Dec 2015: I lived here from 7/2012 - 10/2015. When I first moved in, this complex was not owned by Robbins. When Robbins took ownership, the rent increased dramatically. We were given a gate, but no code to use for guests or if we did not have our gate key. The phone number system on the gate did not work correctly. Parking was limited and Robbins let students live in the complex, which led to crime and noise. Management was often rude and bad at communication. The complex did not warn us about construction on Rouse Rd, which lasted over a year. Apartments had cheap paint which came off when I cleaned the walls, they put in cheap carpeting that was extremely thin and prone to stains, and there were damages to the cabinetry when I moved in. Review from 12/10/15 on Google
Oct 2015: I've lived here going into my 3 year. Everyone is extremely helpful and it's a quite property. The only bad is the terrible Internet connection and printing in their cyber cafe. For as long as I have lived here, it's always been terrible. don't do any important work on their computers, the Internet will go out and you will have to start over! But that's it! Great place overall. Review from 10/18/15 on Google
Oct 2015: Big roach problem that can never be solved. Front gate is always broken. I got charged a 45$ fee to use a clicker for the gate which they never gave me. The neighbors seem to have to make as much noise as they can at 2 am, weekdays included. not worth the price they charge.I often have to park a 10 minute walk away from my apartment because spots are always taken. People speed through the neighborhood so make sure to be careful stepping outside of your apartment. Review from 10/3/15 on Google
Jun 2015: Gate always broken. Broken now, has been for 2 months. Front office staff doesn't really care about that or anything else. They had a UPS envelope for me in their office for a month. They never contacted me. There's all sorts of problems with mail delivery. But the front office doesn't care at all since it's not their mail. Review from 6/18/2015 on Google
May 2015: I have been living here with my boyfriend since December 2014, I have had cockroaches a few times as well as little spiders. Other then that I love the fact that the walls are concrete so I don't hear my neighbor. it's a quiet neighborhood but nice. Overall, I like where I live. Review from 5/30/2015 on Google

May 2015: Lived here for 2 years. First building was great. No issues once so ever. The 2nd apartment I resided in had an absolutely disgusting roach problem. Literally to the point my 4 year old son did not want to come to my apartment, and when I got home from a 14 hour day of work I had to do a full walk through of the place. Turning on all lights and checking cabinets usually killing about 3 a night. Even one night having one in my son's bed. My girlfriend would be home when they would send Massey out to spray and they would spray in the kitchen, lay out a trap and leave. Told me they would spray the entire building as it must be somebody else living in a nasty environment. Fact of the matter is, they tried to charge me $100 cleaning fee, they charged me $285 early cancellation. Review from 5/10/2015 on Google
Feb 2015: The apartments are cozy and the grounds and facilities are well maintained. For the most part, I feel pretty safe here and I like that I am close to UCF and Waterford Lakes shopping. Any time I have had to place a service call the response has been quick. Chuck and Oscar, two of the maintenance dudes, are super nice and have been at Highpoint since I arrrived three years ago. In the front office I have worked mostly with Paige and Nilsa who do their best to make sure all is harmonious. They have also been at Highpoint since I arrived. There have been a few minor bumps, such some worker letting himself in during renovations---not cool, but any such issues have always been resolved to my satisfaction and my concerns taken seriously. Jan 2015: I moved here after being in several other apartments and even a rented house, each with an issue, which is why I kept moving. Everything is great here. Pleasant personnel, cannot hear my neighbors, and a roomy apartment. I am hoping the pricing remains good so I can continue here this year. Location is awesome. Off the beaten path, so traffic is not too bad, but close enough to groceries and shopping. I am very happy to have found Highpoint Club. Review from 1/2/2015 on Apartment Ratings
