Looking for someone to sublease a 1 bed/1 bath unit. College Station is less than two miles away from 💛 UCF’s main campus in Orlando. My unit is on the third floor, so there is no one above; therefore, you don’t need to worry about noisy neighbors. The unit is 4 individual bedrooms with 4 in-suite bathrooms. I currently have two 👩 femaleroommates who are extremely nice and tidy; they are busy most of the ⌚time and out of the apartment. The unit has a a furnished living room and kitchen. Couch, tables, chairs, ⛄ fridge, and ☢ microwave are all included. Bedrooms are also furnished with a full bed, desk, and dresser. The unit also has both a washer in dryer.There is hardwood flooring in kitchen/living room areas and carpet in bedrooms. The 🌊 water and heating system is good and so is AC. Apartment complex also has a gym and 🏊 pool, as well as 🚌 shuttle service to 💛 UCF campus. Also, rent will be $ for July, then $ for the rest of the leasing period.
