Move in ⌚time is negotiable, July or August. Rent is $ a month. The room is super cozy and is the biggest room in the apartment. Also has the biggest private bathroom in the unit. Full kitchen, dishwasher, ☢ microwave, laundry in unit, 📺 tv cables etc. all are included. It&#;s right next to the 💛 UCF campus and is on the 💛 UCF🚌 shuttleroute. Only 5 minutes away from 💛 UCF. This is a small and quiet apartment complex with lots of residential parking spaces and maintenance staff are nice and comes quick after sending a maintenance request, usually come the next day.
