RENT IS NEGOTIABLE - I currently pay $ - Less than mins from 💛 UCF campus
Hello,
I’m subleasing my room at Chancellor’s Row. It is a 2x2 with one roommate living there. The room is unfurnished. You will have your own bathroom (not in your room but right by it). It also has a full kitchen and living area. It has a laundry and drying machine. You can take the lease over whenever you want. I have already paid rent for April. The lease goes until July st; however, you will have the opportunity to resign if you would like.
I’ve talked to the landlord and he says you’ll need to pass a:
- Credit Check (I’ll pay the associated fee for the credit check with the landlord). Guarantors are allowed.
- 1/2 month of rent security deposit that you get back upon move out
- The landlord wants the rent for your first and last month upfront.
I’d be willing to work with you to negotiate any of these terms.
My roommate has a nice cat and is a graduate student in law school. She rarely has people over, so the place is pretty quiet. The condo is located in Orange County, within minutes from 💛 UCF. Let me know if you have any questions
Discrimination is not nice and not lawful. Preferences can be made if you are sharing the same living space, but make sure you check the laws to see what applies to you.
