The Aves @ is the apartment complex. The room and unit are fairly new builds. The side on which you will be living in has light cabinetry as opposed to the other side which has dark cabinetry. The apartment is right across 💛 UCF and has a scheduled 🚍 shuttle that will transport you to campus. There are multiple 🏊 pools, clubhouses, a gym, copy/printing room, and weekly activities/events held. We can secure the room once payment for the first month is settled.
