The rent is $ with all utilitiesincluded. It is located right across the street from 💛 UCF and their is a 🚌 shuttle that comes every minutes to bring you to and from campus.
The apartment has a big kitchen with everything you need (⛄ refrigerator, oven, ☢ microwave, stove, dishwasher, and kitchen sink). The room contains a 🚶 walk in closet, large full size bed, dresser, desk, and desk chair.
The roommates are quiet and 🎇clean an the room also has a private bathroom that has a shower. The apartment is located on the fourth floor with the resort style 🏊 pool a few steps away!
