Arium is an excellent housing option for both students and working people. It is amazing the view of my apartment since we are facing to the water. In terms of amenities, it has a very nice 🏊 pool with barbecue, a complete gym and two tennis courts. It is located near if you need to get as fast as possible to the access and later on downtown but is as well, near to 💛 UCF something like 5 minutes by car and it also has a 🚍 bus stop for those who are not owning a car. The housing is not FURNISHED (neither is my room). However, I could negotiate my bed, drawing table and desktop. As a 2x2, the other roommate is a friend of mine who is studying at 💛 UCF and is a cool and quiet👨 guy. Arium does not allow noisy people neither party, so it is a relaxing and quiet place to rest and live. Most people study or work so it has many hours of silence especially from morning to afternoon. The apartment has some things that may help you since I am leaving them here because I cannot carry them with me. If you have any doubts, hit me up by text messages and I will be more than happy to answer any questions.
Discrimination is not nice and not lawful. Preferences can be made if you are sharing the same living space, but make sure you check the laws to see what applies to you.
