Spacious, fully furnished apartment located 2 minutes from campus by car. The apartment complex has a great 🏊 pool and even a fully equipped gym. The apartment I am subleasing is a 3x3 and therefore, if you choose to move in, you will be moving in with my roommates. My roommates are 2 👨 guys - they both are extremely 🎇clean, super nice, and for the most part, they just keep to themselves. I have the second largest room, farthest from the others (my room isn&#;t connected to anyone else&#;s). It&#;s right next to the front door and diagonal of the kitchen. I have a 🚶 walk-in closet and a good sized bathroom as well as a lot of room space. All shared areas in the apartment are pretty big such as the kitchen and the living room.
