Apr 2017: Apartments have just been renovated and updated with new appliances (fridge, microwave, oven) and new laminate wood flooring. The screened in porches are great. The complex as a whole is clean and the grounds are beautiful - grass is mowed every monday morning (early) and the plants and grounds are meticulously maintained.
In my opinion there's ample parking. You can rent your own spot for $15/month with he first month free - but in nearly 8 months of living here I've never not had a spot in front of my apartment.

Feb 2017: I hate this place first the staff told us that we would be paying first and last months rent then they told us that the last month rent was a deposit and that it does not go towards the rent. They increase the rent by 155 dollars I will never understand why the increase was so high. They also do not have assigned parking and parking space is limited. I have a six month old and can't park in front of my apartment the guest take all the parking space. I have to find parking all the way in the back of the complex and walk to my apartment with my son.

Feb 2017: This is the best place to live hands down, never had any issues with the office or the maintenance we have been living here now for about 2 years and I can't imagine living anywhere else. The office is always there when you need them Holly and Rose are the best! And made our experience amazing btw the gym and cross fit gym is awesome! I would recommend anyone that is trying to find a place to Live in Orlando move to this place I promise you won't regret it.

Apr 2016: Not what it seems too be so please be sure too check your surrounding areas too many leaks and appliances are garbage had too many issues . there's a tenant that has squirrels running in and out of the dryer vents on the outside of the building she has video and all and they still haven't fixed it be careful with fleas and mold its all a cover up.

Mar 2016: Nice place with great management. The pool and other amenities are great, and the apartments are updated. They are finally finishing up the remodeling of the complex, so now we can finally enjoy everything here. I have recommended and would recommend this place to anyone.

Feb 2016: I was looking forward moving to this complex when I was moving from Jacksonville. I unfortunately couldn't move in because there was no availability for the time I was expecting to move. I did get to move into one of their sister communities. I love that this management is about remodeling and making everything look great. I don't regret it. I'm just not crazy about the rent hikes that have been happening in Orlando and surrounding areas.
