Jun 2019: Have lived here over a year and a half now. We have gone through 3 different property managers in that time. Miss Kirsten is by far the most incredible of the three. She is super sweet and has really put this place to the grind and getting this place back into ship shape.
When i needed to move from a 2 bedroom to a 1 bedroom, they accommodated me as quickly as they could. Any time ive had any kind of issue in the apartment, maintenance has been incredibly prompt in getting the problems fixed. The rates are great, utilities are allocated, so that makes paying bills easy and quick! The free internet saves me a bunch of money as well. This year when i resigned my lease, they gave me a week off of the first months rent of my next lease, which is awesome as well!
The only reason i give it 4 stars in stead of 5 is because the neibors forget to clean up after their animals, however property maintenance does a really good job of making sure the property stays clean Review from Google

Veronica is just outstanding to deal with go out of her way to help get you ready to move in and getting all of your paper work together make move so much easier and is a easy person to talk and dependable like all the staff here is . Matt is the maintenance men work so hard to make sure that all of issue that come up are fix as soon as he can.. Dec 2018: When I moved in, about 2 and a half years ago, it was older but the rates were cheaper and it was a more pleasant environment. I am very glad my lease is up in a month, because now I have a problem with bugs (roaches and ants), loud and disrespectful neighbors and their pets, there is ongoing construction that even takes place on Saturday mornings, and they have started selling reserved parking spots, so parking is bad here now too. At one point I was actually towed from the parking lot here from an unreserved spot, after they implemented a sticker system while I was on a week long out of town trip, and was never made aware. Rent rates have gone up every time I renew my lease, and theft seems to be an issue here as neighbors have gotten things stolen from the laundromat, and I had some flowerpots stolen (they left the dirt though).

Jun 2017: Very upset that we are always the last pool to open every where else the pool gets open the week school is over or even sooner and ours is still is NOT open!!! the pool is one of the reasons we moved here so our children can enjoy their summer !!! Review from Google
Dec 2016: I feel like I got my money's worth at this place. The buildings themselves are older, but generally well maintained. It doesn't have the flashy fixtures or upgraded appliances, but everything was great for the price.
The staff is amazing. I never had problems contacting the office manager, and my service was always great and prompt. The maintenance guy is polite, helpful, and accommodating. I felt well taken care of.
Overall, a positive living experience. If I didn't have to move out of Lubbock, I would have stayed. Review from Google
Dec 2016: I have lived here for almost 2 years and I love it now. They are affordable and in a great location. The staff that is currently here is so helpful and friendly and that makes living here even better. The Manager is always nice, helpful and professional. She is very easy to talk to and work with for all situations. Unlike other managers I dealt with at this property before her. The manager before her was so rude and did not even care to hear anything. I feel like the staff really cares about the residents that live here. Maintenance is very timely and professional. I have not had to ever ask them to come back or things not be taken care of correctly.

Nov 2016: I have really enjoyed my stay here at University Club. The lady in the office is so nice and office is always open during normal operating hours ( manager before her was never in and office was always closed ) Maintenance is great, work orders taken care of fast. I enjoy everyone I live around. I would highly recommend this property to anyone needing a great place to live at a reasonable rate for rent. The laundry room did have a machine down , which made it hard to wash, but it was fixed pretty fast once I reported it.

Aug 2016: Overall not a bad place to live. The rent is very resonable and the office staff is nice. There are a few issues with ants amd i would not recommend getting a downstairs apartment. It sounds like elephants when your neoghbors walk around. Review from Google
May 2016: Not too shabby when first moved in had to move 2x at first maintance was the absolute worst its gotten a tad better not much really. everything in these apartments are always falling aparment its just so run down they should just bulldoze these, honestly. I suggest every stay clear of this.place unless you want to be in a pissed off mood all the time because if its not one thing its always another thing breaking, leaking, or all of the above and people here dont give two shits about personal property they let their kids run ragged and wild never pay attention or own up to stuff their kids ruin. Just dont ever rent here is all im saying spend a bit more for a better place.

Aug 2013: First I should say then when I moved in originally I adored these apartments. Neighbors were incredibly quiet despite thin walls. The complex was mostly full of older people and quiet college students. Grounds were spotless, maintenance was instant, etc. I even had a neighbor who regularly brought me bbq when he grilled!
Apartments are now dreadfully noisey. I can hear neighbors upstairs and next to me talking in a normal voice. Every footstep is heard. The pool is obnoxiously loud at all hours of the day, if you have to live here do NOT get an apartment by it. Nothing I've done has made it liveable. The real issue is the windows. Noise levels do not change whether they are open or closed, at all!
