I am currently living in a one bedroom apartment at University Club Apartments! Directly across from LCU, 🍕 food King, Academy, and just about minutes away from Texas Tech campus, and 3 minutes away for the loop! You also get a 🏊 pool, 🚌 bus stop access, and private parking! And you get FREEWIFI (I will leave you the router and modem=$ value) I am paying $+utilities (~$), hardwood floors, carpet bedroom, sliding door shower, dishwasher, refrigerated A/C, ceiling fan in bedroom. The neighbors are nice and keep it quiet throughout the day and night, I do live on the second floor, I am close to the 🏊 pool, I have access to the parking lot (&#; away). The staff are honestly, the nicest around and help you as soon as they can! The apartment does not come furnished, but I am willing to leave other things that you maybe find interesting/wanting!
