Hello! I absolutely ❤️loved my townhome experience, but I am leaving the state for nursing school and I really need someone to take over my lease! I have 3 roommate... but since move in is May 1st they will all be moving out around May th for summer, so YOU WILL HAVE THE WHOLE PLACE TO YOURSELF! (Until the Fall) Furniture and utilities are all included in the rent!!!! My unit is by a patch of land designated for dogs, so the place is 🐕 pet friendly. Each room has its own bathroom and the first floor has a guest bathroom, which has been really nice. UClub has great amenities, such as a 🏊 pool, hottub, gym, and study center where you can hangout. Super close to campus and 🚶 walking distance to several 🍔 restaurants. MY RELET RATE IS LOWER THAN THEIR ORIGNIAL RATE!
