I am subleasing my individual room in a 2 bedroom/2 bath apartment at THRIVE complex ( N Winston Ave, Lubbock TX ). The apartment is $/per month not including utilities, comes furnished (bed with mattress, desk, desk chair, vanity, and living room furniture), has a gym, 🏊 pool, basketball/volleyball court, mailing pick up system, a 🌉 gated community, and minutes from ttuhsc school. The complex is quiet, and if there are noise complaints the front office is usually fast to respond. I will be moving out around 5// and my lease ends on 7//. My roommate will also be subleasing her room but dates of move in may differ.
