Mar 2019: My daughters are residing here so far so good and no complaints from them. Review from Google Sep 2018: I have lived here for almost 2 years! I love it, my neighbors are friendly, the office staff is very attentive and nice, the surroundings are quiet and close to many restaurants, shopping and entertainment and the apartments are well kept and great size for the price. I would definitely recommend to family and friends. Review from Google Sep 2018: We have lived at PPP for about 4 years and have had a great experience. Alisha and Kacie are by far the 2 best managers this complex has had in this time. Maintenance is always on top of repairs and they take pride in their facilities and landscape. Would highly recommend considering this complex. Review from Google Sep 2018: A nice, quiet place to live! The office staff are very friendly and the community is very well kept. The units are a great size and very homey. Rent is also at a reasonable price! I especially love its easy access to 82nd Street and University - everything I need in one spot! My husband and I moved in a few months ago and have had no complaints. Review from Google Sep 2018: This is a great, quiet, clean place to live. I moved in almost a year ago during a difficult time in my life and was worried about the apartment life, especially since I had lived in my own house for ten years. But the people here made me feel very welcome. The neighbors are either friendly and quiet. Friendly without being overbearing...you know what I mean. My elementary-aged boys love the pool. The apartment has convenient access to the Loop and the Interstate so you can get anywhere quickly but you also feel like you're tucked away in a quiet part of the city. I'd recommend it to my friends for sure. Review from Google Jul 2018: I have lived here for almost a year! I love it, my neighbors are so nice. the office staff is very attentive when I go into the office. the Maintenance staff comes quickly to fix any issues in my apartment. rent is very reasonably priced. 10/10 would defiantly recommend. I don't know why all of these reviews are so bad, it is one of the best apartments in Lubbock I have ever lived in. Review from Google Mar 2018: The worst place to live in Lubbock. Do not live here. Incompetent management - never receive a call back, don't know how to handle tenant issues, are rude and inconsiderate. Apartments are old, run-down, maintenance takes forever, paper-thin walls and floors. Trash tenants. Ridiculous price to pay to live in filth. can't stress enough - DO NOT LIVE HERE! Review from Google Feb 2018: Many fake reviews - a lot of the reviews here do not reflect the experience of tenants at this apartment complex. The walls are paper thin and I often hear noise from adjoining apartment units. Carjackings are increasingly common - at least three residents woke up to see their cars with broken windows within the last week. The people in the leasing office are rude, ill-mannered and condescending. Maintenance of the property is poor - simple problems like clogged toilets and leaks take weeks to fix. Upper management is non-responsive and never available for feedback. Once you sign the lease, they stop listening. Pay attention to the critical reviews Review from Google Oct 2017: I have lived here for 11 months and I cannot wait to get out at the end of my lease. The apartment managers are rude, ill-mannered and condescending. If dog poop on walkways, cobwebs on corridors and roach infestation is your thing - rent here. Not a friendly or homely atmosphere - too sad. Review from Google Sep 2017: Clean and generally feels like a safe place to live. Review from Google Jul 2017: DO NOT FILL OUT AN APPLICATION HERE!! This is the biggest scam ever! They had me go in and pay a 50 dollar app fee, and 200 deposit at the time I explained to the manager that I had a felony on my background. She told me no problem, we will work with you. She said worse case scenario you will lose the 50 dollar deposit but we will refund the 200 dollar deposit if you don't move in. I was then denied due to stated background. The lady Sylvia, assured me a check for my $200 would be mailed the following Monday. 3 weeks and numerous phone calls later, I finally receive a call from her boss, who was extremely rude and told me they are keeping my 250 dollars and I won't get it back. I am shocked! I have never in my life heard of an apartment complex keeping a deposit when I never even moved in!! I am filling a report with the BBB and saw that they Review from Google Apr 2017: I see that management is responding online so maybe I can get an answer for why 4 months after my application being denied being told by management Nd receiving a receipt stating deposit will be returned that I have yet to be able to speak to anyone in charge everyone is too busy to deal with it which is absurd customer service is a non factor with these people if I get get an answer from somebody in charge other than XXXX who left us on hold for 15 mins and as yet to return a call from a week ago that would be great please let me know who I can speak to i want to resolve this from over 4 mins ago and move on or I will take further actions.
Review from 4/8/17 on Google Dec 2016: Its in a nice part of town real quite, close to dollar general.
Review from 12/24/16 on Google Dec 2016: Really nice apartment, good move in special, and decent price. These are the good things. I've worked with probably 10 different office people, 3 managers, and 3 maintenance guys. I have a copy of one work order that was put in November 2015 and wasn't printed until March 2016. Says it on the work order. The office left me an extremely pretentious note for having (really nice) wooden chairs on my porch, citing that they weren't patio furniture. Granted, yes they are dining room chairs, but they are rustic and decorative; very much unlike some of the rusted, eyesore folding chairs on other porches and balconies. Also, they had some flower beds put in and made a huge mess on my porch with clods of dirt and dead grass. I received another pretentious note, this time threatening to fine me if I didn't clean up the mess.
Review from 12/3/16 on Google Mar 2016: Nice complex, but the billing is so screwed up. I have lived here 3 months and have yet to pay the $570 a month rent. My bills have ranged from $635 to $695 because they add different fees every month. Will definitely relocate when lease is up.
