So, I just signed at this apartment complex that has some pretty cheap rates than most apartment complexes in Lubbock. Their 2x2 is and their 3x3 is $ with all amenities included. not trying to advertise but feel like they are a not very well known complex. You definitely get a lot more bang for your buck.
Discrimination is not nice and not lawful. Preferences can be made if you are sharing the same living space, but make sure you check the laws to see what applies to you.
