May 2021: May/14/21,, The apartment are small but will work for 1person even if it was a 2 bdrm. The problem around the complex is the Management and the maintenance along with some tenets that cant seam to keep ppl that live there and looking to every thing that they have NO Need of BUISSNESS to their OWN...I would love to Have the Management and her maintenance along with them Gossips ,,,Very uncomfortable they really need a WholeNEW CREW.. i give them a rate of 2 Stars because the flowers look very nice... Roches the bigproblem for sure...

Where is the best place to live near Texas Tech? In general it is better to rent a house in Tech Terrace or somewhere else. Sometimes is hard to find the right number of roommates, or singe rooms open.
