I live in student living at The Collective at Lubbock specifically! Located super close to Texas Tech campus. 🚍 bus stop for campus right in front porch! Newly renovated club house with amenities! I am looking for someone to take over my lease from August -july ! Furniture is included as well as parking spot and renters insurance. It is an apartment of all 👩 girls and all students. You have your own private bathroom. It is 🐕 pet friendly! My contract is super low on rent! If anyone knows anything about someone looking send me a messenger!! Contract is customizable if wanted to once sublease is taken over!
