I am trying to sublease 2 bedrooms and 2 baths on the Avenue. I WILL PAY THE FIRST MONTH OF BOTH ROOMS!!! The apartment is downstairs right next to the post office and close to the 🏊 pool. Each of the bathrooms comes with a big mirror which is my favorite part. My room has a nice view and the second room has a pretty nice view as well. The kitchen is huge and has pretty spacious cabinets. The third roommate is my 🏆best friend and she had already been living here since last year. She is a very sweet and chill person so let me know if interested. Thanks!
