It&#;s a fully furnished well maintained 4 bed/4.5 bath townhouse styled apartment at The Avenue for $ a month. With utilities, I pay a max of $. The apartment is on the second floor, but my room is on the left when you 🚶 walk in. The other 3 rooms are upstairs. The room is pretty spacious and is fully furnished with a bed, dresser, night stand and lamp. It&#;s about minutes from campus, but I promise the drive is worth it and the 🚌 bus comes by every minutes. There&#;s a big backyard area that looks out onto the Loop as well!
I have 3 roommates, 2 👩 females and the 💕 👨 boyfriend of one of them. They also have a dog, but I can ask for them to keep him in their room.
