This is a very awesome apartment close to Jones Stadium and Texas Tech Campus! It’s about a 5-minute 🚶 walk to Jones Stadium. The move-in date would be August th. Subleasing fees will also be waived at this ⌚time. Each Private room is $ PER ROOM. Unlimited utilities, no cap (you just pay $ upon move-in). The staff is super helpful and sweet. The clubhouse is always doing free🍕 food, as well as the complex does lots of giveaways and activities!
