I liked this place because of the beautiful lake and quite neighborhood, but I have to live with my friend, so I want to sublease this space.
Pros of this unit is, the place located on 3rd floor, has nice balcony, and swimming 🏊 pool, studyroom is just right in front of the unit. Was so quite so far that I really enjoyed.
Also, so close to the 🚌 bus stop to go to campus.
I will give out $ personally for you when you sign the lease.
