You will not find very many apartment complexes like Park Towers that has the gorgeous views as do we here. Yes, we are in an old end of town. In recognition of that, we have made every effort to maximize the security of our clients. We have limited access to the building, underground parking, and permanent staff members, to include myself, that live here and watch out over the security of the building. With over cameras inside and out and a monitoring system, you cant get better security.
Yes, we have, in the past, pest problems but have instituted a massive pest control program that now minimizes this problem (you will find some level of pest issues in most apartment complexes because they come with the people, not the building.
When you call, you will get me on the phone, not some dispassionate employee. I am available /7 (almost impossible to find a large complex like Park Towers where you can speak with the owner /7, am I right?
