May 2018: I met with the property manager, Gabbie, who was able to show us around to some of the apartment spaces we were interested in. She was very informative and helpful and willing to work around our budget.

Mar 2018: I've just finished reading through all the reviews and I'm no closer to knowing if Oak Creek is the place my husband & I want to live out our retirement. Unfortunately, this is the case with just about all reviews, and I read them all when I think we might be interested in apartment community. I don't understand how there are many five stars here, but then there are the one star reviews. Sounds like these people are describing two totally different communities...so do I rely on the positive or the negative?? Review from Google

Dec 2016: This apartment is great. They had a management change at the end of 2015 and the new staff is AMAZING! They are very helpful and respectful. I have had no issues in my apartment and it is very clean and affordable. The new management has really worked to clean up the property and make it look nice. It is in a good neighborhood area and close to anything I need. I love living here and plan to stay. Thank you OAK CREEK APARTMENTS!

Nov 2016: don't ever choose to live here! The staff is down right disrespectful to their residents and they don't give a crap about them. They told me and my husband lies. they always had people yelling and fighting and doing drugs. THEY never tried to make it a better and safer place to live. Cops were always being called because of an unsafe problem (s) from other drunk residents. my husband and I were wrongfully charged with fees that shouldn't have been deducted from the deposit. When they did our walk through they didn't even follow their own policy's.

Aug 2016: Anyone searching for apartments....STAY AWAY FROM OAK CREEK APARTMENTS ON 19TH AND FRANKFORD! I have had nothing but problems with them since day 1! First showed me an awesome apartment, what I got was disgusting. I requested a single level apartment because I have a highly active son and wanted to spare anyone from the stomping that would occur from him. They put us on the second floor, no new upgrades like I was shown. They raised my rent 6 months after I moved in, my heater has never worked, the laundry rooms are open half the time and I'll be damned if the washing machine eats my quarters. Feb 2016: The new management is absolutely amazing! They were very helpful with what I needed and took care of apartment issues right away! They were also very understanding and actually helped me out with being able to be with my husband. I highly recommend living here under this new management at hand!

Jan 2016: The "new management" sucks!!!!! Amanda has an attitude and when you try to tell her what's wrong with your apt she will sit there and roll her eyes.. very unprofessional Amanda... Stop trying to sit there and look pretty and do your job.... These apts are really going to the dumps.. It only takes about 50 years to get anything fix in your apt.. Going into my 3rd month and I'm very unsatisfied....

Oct 2013: Oak Creek Apartments are a great place to live! There's so many things to do-like getting some sun at the pool, toning up at the fitness center or shooting hoops at the basketball courts. The new management company has made an incredible change for the better. The staff is so friendly and they give you the sense that they truly care about their residents and the community.

Feb 2013: I can't believe this is the same property that was there years ago. The upgraded interiors look awesome, there's a new basketball court, volleyball court, and pool. The staff is extremely helpful and have created a great community feel.
