Aug 2019: This was literally the worst apartment I have ever been in please save yourself the time and money into a better apartment they have been rude and ignored holes in my celling leaking water into my floor for months and it took 3 literal months to fix my washing machine I would 1000% not recommend living here Review from Google
Apr 2019: Rude office staff. Apartment would be great if Laura was not in charge. Laura told my boyfriend she was going to get him escorted off the property for causing trouble when he did absolutely nothing but tell the matience guy my air conditioner has been faulty for a week and they’re telling me it’s my fault for it not working. Save your money and live someplace else if you’re a person of color. Review from Google
Dec 2018: Laura is always hostile and repelling, pulls the victim card if you confront her aggression. Ignore this if you are a White, for sure she will be very nice with you.
Other than that the apartments are really nice, well furnished and washer and dryer are provided. Maintenance personnel are fast and friendly. That's why we stayed for 2years, but I hate to go to office because of the manager Laura. Maybe that's why the upper management still keeps Laura in front desk, to discourage people from coming into office. Review from Google
Sep 2018: Worst place ever to live.!! Laura the front desk lady is the rudes, hateful person I have ever met! I wasn't even a month behind and got evicted, went to court and now have $3,000 on my credit score on tendit tracking for just being a couple weeks late. They are not understanding AT ALL.Every time I would have company over and we would go swim Laura would follow us to the pool and count how many ppl I had with me to make sure I didn't have too many! I felt very uncomfortable and embarrassed by how I was treated! Save yourself some time and DO NOT live here! Review from Google
Aug 2018: Would not recommend this place at all! The land lady is extremely RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL! I feel harrassed by her and some of the maintenance guys that work under her and I get treated very poorly and I've lived at this place for 7 years! I honestly don't know how I lasted this long!! The lady before her was amazing and actually cared an took the time to listen to you but once this one stepped in it was an absolute nightmare! As you can tell by other reviews everyone else has got the same treatment by her! I've had many issues maintenance wise that never get taken care of properly and overall the whole apt complex is dated and poorly maintained! Yeah sure she says go find somewhere else that is as affordable as this and you know what I would rather pay a generous amount of rent to an better apt complex with better treatment of individuals th Review from Google

Jun 2018: The manager in the office is the ruddest people I've ever seen for my whole life. She never listen to you and just yell at you to get out of the office. Whenever I report something to be repaired, she just ignor my request or just tell me it is working. If I try to explain, she will pretend to be deaf. Many people leave this apartment because of her. I would strongly suggest the landlord to fire her. Otherwise, people would not choose to live here! Review from Google
May 2018: I try to be fair in my evaluation. The location of the complex is good and the rent is reasonable. However there are some issues that you may want to consider before renting: mice are a contact problem with the office not being deligent enough to take care of it, the lady in the office is not courteous and aggressive most of time (as mentioned in other reviews), the insulation is terrible and in winter, getting a bill around 300 bucks is not a surprise here, they are not well organized with the work orders and they may forget them if you don't do follow ups, the gym is awful (dirty, no A/C, old items belonging to the time before the 2nd world war or so, etc.). Oct 2017: The complex/apartments are really old and are falling apart. The female individual that works in the front office is EXTREMELY disrespectful. The people who lived below us smoked weed all the time and it would get into our apartment. When we voiced our concerns to management they didn't care. The complex let's anybody live here. One resident that lived there tried breaking into my boyfriend's truck. The complex isn't well lit either. Would not recommend living here. Review from Google
Aug 2017: When my boyfriend and I moved into this apartment complex about a year and a half ago, we could tell that the office lady was definitely a mean person if she wanted to be, but as long as we were good, we knew she wouldn't mess with us. When it came time to decide if we were gonna stay or leave after being there a year with no problems, we decided to just sign a 6 month lease which would give us plenty of time to find a house. My brother has always been like my son and he had no where to live since my parents couldn't afford to keep him. I then took on the responsibility of taking him in even though we only had a one bedroom apt. He would stay occasionally since we were technically not going by the rules of the lease. Aug 2012: Excellent 24 hour maintenance, Wonderful office staff. Been living here a long time, and I Recommend it whole-heartily. Just go check it out, You'll see what I mean. Plus the park next door is a wonderful added perk.
