May 2017: Will tow your car if you leave for 5 minute, literally 5 minutes , should use a different towing company one that cares about people and treat you like one. Review from Google
Jul 2013: I lived here from 2011 to 2012 and found it to be an inexpensive, enjoyable place to live. The manager was polite and helpful. The apartments were clean and mostly in good condition. Maintenance was available to fix any problems in a timely manner. There were hardly any bugs at my apartment and no problems with security. This place is very close to Texas Tech, dining, and stores. Things that were not good include occasional noise from neighbors hanging out in the courtyard, laundry machine issues, and minor plumbing problems. Otherwise, I was satisfied with my stay at this complex. Review from Google
May 2008: I moved there in August 1996, and the management and staff were very helpful. They didn't have an apartment for me when I was ready to move in, but then, they found one just where I wanted it. For the most part, management was more than willing to accommodate the needs of the tennants. The only regret I have is that I had to leave there. Review from Google
