I’m graduating in December so I am looking to sublease my apartment at Capstone Cottages starting January! It’s a 5 bedroom but there is only 3 of us so it’s super spacious! My room has an attached bathroom and 🚶 walk-in closet. The rent is a month which includes a queen bed, the furniture for the bedroom, the living room, and covered parking which is right outside the door! If you don’t need the covered parking you can take it off making the rent $ cheaper per month. 💡electricity is separate but it’s pretty cheap! It has 🕶️ tanning beds, a sauna, and a steam room!
