Jul 2019: Since I moved in it has been the worst experience. I was hoping great things due to a friend said it was a better place than the apts we both moved away from. I supposely had the first remodeled apt yet maybe only thing new is floor, carpet, and lighting. You can see the wall damages from the last tenant. I haven't even made a yr but almost there and the dish washer has flooded my kitchen several occations. They dont fix nothing for you. Be prepared to have a ladder and do all maintenance work yourself. The price for these townhouses are not worth it when basically you are doing everything for yourself. They do minor stuff ( plumbing if its their issue, anything that they have caused or have an issue with). When something needs to be fixed, they dont fix it. There has been times i had to put the same work order in 2 3 times bc they claim its been fixed. I am not a person to complain or even write reviews but when I do its for a reason Review from Google

She is always extremely friendly, helpful, and you can tell she cares about the residents.
The parking lot was just repainted and the buildings recently received a nice exterior paint upgrade. As other posters have said, the floor-plans for the price are a really great value.
Property is located conveniently on I-35 right next to Texas Roadhouse. If I had to complain, I would say it's because while I'm working out in the evenings I am tortured by the delicious smells of charbroiled meat wafting from next door. :)Feb 2019: *Future Tenant*
I had a really great experience working with Vanessa, she was very professional, organized and kept me updated throughout the application/approval process.
Feb 2019: We have lived here for a year now. I am extremely glad we chose these apartments. The new owners are making quite a few nice upgrades to the property. The management staff has been friendly and professional. The maintenance staff is prompt and knowledgeable.
The location has quick and easy access to anywhere in town. The floorplan size is excellent for the prices. The layout is nice. The kitchen has plenty of space to cook with ease. It includes a decent but not huge pantry. The only drawback for me is the appliances(mainly the stove) are a little older, this is probably more of a personal issue due to how much I like to cook.
I would refer others here without hesitation.Jan 2019: I will admit, before moving here I read all the reviews and they caused some concern for me but I decided to give this place a shot anyways because it is under new ownership. I had a unique situation, moving from one side of the country to the next and the apartment I was previously approved for (with another company) was suddenly not available, leaving me stranded with no place to go and a move date quickly approaching. In my time here I have worked closely with office manager, Robin, who has gone above and beyond to make sure my experience here at the Villas has been a pleasant one. The ladies in the office are pleasant to work with, thorough in explaining things for me, and also worked very quickly to get us approved and accommodate our short noticed move. Once in here, the staff has been wonderful in making sure repairs are taken care of in a timely manner (usually within a day or two) the apartment we are in is upgraded, clean, nice and have great storage and floorpans Review from GoogleSep 2018: We haven’t even lived here barely two weeks, and already we can’t wait for our lease to be up. My fiancé had a heart attack less than a week after we moved in, which was also at the end of the month of August. He was released from the hospital the day before Labor Day, therefore we weren’t able to get into the office to talk to anyone about our situation until Tuesday. We went in Tuesday and right off the bat, no one was even slightly sympathetic to what happened to him, especially since he’s only 36, and almost died. Anyhow, they told us it’s okay if we were late we’d just have to pay late fees, which sucks, but ultimately we understood that.. what makes them crappy people and the management crappy, is a day later they put a notice to vacate on our door.. never mentioned it the day before, never even brought it up. We were told we could move in early, but when it came time to do so management acted like they didn’t know what we were talking about. After we moved in everything was fine for a while, but now every time we need something done it takes forever. They lead you on letting you sign papers and acting like they really care and in the end nothing happened. My roommate and I have been waiting for multiple repairs for months. I’ve really had it with this place specially since we now have a real pest problem due to improper sealing around our windows. I’ve never had such big problems anywhere else I’ve lived, so I am really fed up! Jul 2018: Worst place to live, DO NOT DO IT! Matinance here is the worst. They do not care one bit about your living situation, your lights could not work all around your house to your air conditioning could be out for a whole month straight or more! We have been overcharged for many things, and he office ladies are lazy and again, do not care about anything you need. Unprofessional and would highly not recommend. Can’t wait to move out!
OH! Don’t let me forget, they lie to you like it’s no ones business. Do NOT trust ANY of the staff here. Make sure you have some kind of legal support behind you, they will try to screw you in the worst ways. Review from GoogleMay 2018: do not move in this place specially if you have children. The play ground is all rusty and with sharp pieces, really dangerous, just step in to it so you can see that your kids can't play in there, the small for toddlers is provided by community action so that one is neat. but the one for big kids is a hazard, they just put a board to to block the kids from climbing or going down the slide instead of fixing it or putting a new one, If you have something to fix you have to be on top of them or else they wont fo nothing. They decided to rise my rent even tho it said different in the contract. The pool gets cleaned at mondays so by friday it's all green and nasty. The process of moving in was relativity easy when you gave the leasing agent what they require they are able to process your application quickly. The office staff is friendly and responds quickly to emails. Once moved in the apartment was clean and the few issues we had were fixed in a very timely manner. In the apartment its self there are lots of nice storage spaces and the rooms are larger than typically in an apartments. The complex yard and surrounding areas including the pool are kept nicely. Spent almost $1000 dollars in deposits and turning on utilities.
We were told we were approved and to go ahead and set up electricity, only to be called the very next day and informed that we were overqualified and could not move in. Very irritated that I wasted so much time and money on this absolutely horrible place.
If you see the negative reviews, on this establishment, believe them. I was willing to give this place a chance despite that and now I am left scrambling to find somewhere else to move with a week left at my current apartment. Find somewhere else where they have more respect for you as a person and your time. Review from GoogleMay 2017: Bad communication, unfriendly office staff, entry gates are always broken, pool isn't maintained, playground isn't able to be used during the daytime, had 2 repairs put in 5 weeks ago and as of this date still not addressed, faulty appliances, electrical issues and staff that either isn't there or won't answer phones. I wish I had read all these reviews on here prior to moving in. Take my advice and find somewhere else to live, I will once my lease is up.
Review from 5/13/17 on GoogleApr 2017: This place is so unorganized and terrible. We didn't even get to move in. They never told us everything we actually needed and dropped the ball multiple times rendering us from moving in. Told us the apartment would be ready by April 15 and the apartment is still trashed and no where near being ready. But yet they would us we could get the keys a week ago. Then when I told the I no longer am going to wait around for them they decided to tell my husband that no one would approve us because we have an eviction on our account which isn't true and as of now less then 24 hours later we are just waiting to get the keys to our new place. And had the never after I said I wanted my paperwork and everything back and was rude and hung up on me to try and convince my husband they would approve us that day and for us to still nice in. HELL NO!!!! And like Review from GoogleOct 2016: been here 2 and a half years, Horrible maintenance, mold growing somewhere in every apartment I'm sure, rude office workers, also NO PARKING SPOTS EVER causing the people who really live here to park in visitors, which is A FAR DISTANT from where I live. Overall i wouldn't suggest anyone to move over here, from experience, I WILL BE MOVING in a few weeks.

This place would rather put several thousand into cutting trees than cleaning pools. I cannot stress enough that the management here is sorely lacking in professionalism and tact. They do not know how to do anything here. They do not give a damn about their residents or the safety of the residents. Time to lease out - ok lets paint the exteriors and spend way too much money on landscaping; meanwhile we have black mold in my unit. Their response - seal it in with Kilz and deal with it later. Screw this place. not renewing.
Review from 6/4/16 on GoogleApr 2016: Lived here not to long ago and its just one big scam. They never fix anything, dog poop everywhere, and the parking is impossible at times. Stuff gets stolen off of the porches regularly and even chained up bikes are not safe. They say its a family frienfly place but its full of college students who love breaking things, holding loud gatherings as often as possible, and driving wrecklessly around the complex. They don't pick up the office phone, you have to go in and make a scene to get them to do anything. don't live and whatever you do don't move here if you have kids. Mine once found a crack pipe by the play scape.

If you call about a problem 99% of the time they won't show up you have to call at least 15 times a day just to get them to come over and kind of fix it this is no exaggeration! Plus they have the dumbest rules I've ever heard I pay 50 dollars a month for my garage and they won't let you keep anything in there besides your car but my place has no storage except the smallest freakin closet in the world

BECAUSE THE MANAGEMENT IS A FREAKING JOKE.
We lived there for two years and there was office turnover, in some way or another, 8 times. I am not exaggerating and this is not hyperbole.

-Went two weeks without AC in the summer.

I have had Ants in my Apartment and for over 10 days and their actions have driven them up to the second floor, leaving loose poison by a sealed window that my dog has full access to and leaving no information on what they put down. Ignore the fact the Trains run right behind the unit during all hours of the night and wake you out of a sound sleep.
