Hi everyone! I&#;m subleasing my 2x2 bedroom at the Villagio (https://villagiosanmarcos.com/) starting April/May and ending July st. You can renew as well, if that&#;s an interest. I&#;m in bedroom B which is the biggest room in the apartment. You will have your own private🚶 walk-in bathroom as well. I originally pay $/month however I&#;m willing to take $ off the rent and cover the cost of 🌊 water which is usually $/month. You will only have to pay the reduced rent and 1/2 the 💡electricity.
