May 2018: Was told they "overleased their one bedrooms" three months after placing a deposit, yet I was never directly told I was waitlisted. I would call in regularly about signing the final lease and was only told, "we're getting it ready." Review from Google Jun 2017: So far the staff has been great !!! Im hoping to live here in a couple of months and they have been very informative and super nice!
Review from 6/8/17 on Google Jun 2017: If I could put a zero star I would. We left a deposit and all paperwork with this apartment complex for a one bedroom apartment and were told there would be one available on a specific date (later than she needed but we did it anyway). It was a special gift for her senior year to have her own apartment. I am very happy with my decision to move in to the Village Green apartments. Review from Google Feb 2016: I haved lived here a little over a year and I have to say I've enjoyed my stay. The staff are excellent, they communicate well and always have smiles on their faces as I walk through the door. I recently had a maintenance issue that needed attn quickly and within an hour (on a gorgeous Saturday,) he showed up and fixed my issue. He was courteous and professional. I plan to sign up for another year. ??

The management was great and with a very attentive maintenance crew, the place never looked bad. Yes, it is in a rough part of San Marcos but that doesn't make it terrible. People are quick to judge a place on who lives around it. It is filled with students and next to bobcat village. The bus route was my personal favorite becuase it was never full. I am not sure now but I am sure it is different. The 2 bedroom was comfortable for 3 people. The kitchen is small but workable. The only issues that ever came up, after 2 years living at Village Green, were the water heater busting and my sisters wall caving in.
