My roommate and I are looking for two individuals to sublease our apartment. It is 1, SF and it is 2 bed, 2.5 bath. We are wanting to lease this at the start of April , lease ends on July , (you may be able to release if needed). This apartment does have a washer and dryer as well as 🚶 walk in closets. It will be unfurnished.
Here at the Village of Telluride, there are many amenities provided with two 🏊 pools, a gym, sand volleyball, and basketball court. The distance from Texas State is great for any student. They even provide 🚍 buses to campus; 🚍 bus stops are right outside the entrance of these apartments. Village of Telluride is even 🐕 pet friendly!
