Looking to find a 👩 female to take over my lease at The Thompson. I will be getting married and am offering my lease from August th, - July st, . The rent is $ + apartment fees and utilities. The subletting fee is $ which I will pay. See The Thompson website for a list of amenities.
There is also the option to move in starting July st, but that would require taking over the tail end of my current lease and signing onto my full-year renewal lease.
The apartment is on the bottom floor and a 🚍 bus stop is at the end of the parking lot. You would have a private bedroom and bathroom with an electronic key.
My roommates are 🎇clean and polite. They cook and bake and are social. They typically only go to out maybe twice a month, if not less. If they are being too loud at night or while you&#;re studying they are respectful and have no problem quieting down for you if you ask. They like watching 🎥 movies and T.V. in the living room and are overall a lot of fun. They all know one another and share many things, very much a sweet family vibe.
