!!! Looking for someone to take over my lease for August - July !!!
This is a 4X4 apartment and my roommates are very 🎇clean! Rent is $ not including utilities and water. I signed at the cheapest rate. This apartment complex has such great amenities such as a huge 🏊 pool, nice little outdoor hangout area, they are dog friendly, and parking is FREE. They also have a sand volleyball court! Let me know ASAP if you are able to take over my lease 🙂 thanks y’all!!
