The unit is very spacious. The apartment is built as a cottage type of house. The common area layout is very open and roomy. The kitchen has plenty of cabinets and a dishwasher. There is a half bathroom in the common area/living room. There is an outside patio area, no neighbors behind the unit. There are 2 roommates in the unit and an empty bedroom. My bedroom is downstairs, pretty spacious with a decent-sized private bathroom. Also, the bedroom has a desk nook area to study, two big windows and nice closet space. The laundry closet includes a washer/dryer with a shelf for laundry products, which is located upstairs. You will be given a resident parking pass for your car. There is a clubhouse open to residents that includes a two-floor gym, study rooms and etc. Plus there&#;s green spaces for 🐕 pets, a huge 🏊 pool area right next to the clubhouse and a basketball court.
