I am a college student who is currently at home because of the Covid-. Will not be returning to this apartment, and I am trying to lease for May, June, and July. It is a two bedroom apartment in which I occupy one bedroom, there is a second bedroom for the other roommate (he is never there and may be trying to sublet also). There is a shared kitchen/living room, a washer and dryer, and each room has a private bathroom.
It is a secure building, with covered parking available with very helpful staff. The rent is $ per month without parking, parking $ a month, and utilities range around $ every 2 months. Every room has very fast wifi and trash is taken to a trash shoot on every floor.
Discrimination is not nice and not lawful. Preferences can be made if you are sharing the same living space, but make sure you check the laws to see what applies to you.
