I&#;m looking to sublease my room at The Junction for spring semester . Move in can start mid-December to January. Rent will be paid for December. The room is part of a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom apartment, fully furnished It has plenty of space, an attached bathroom and a 🚶 walk-in closet. The apartment complex has a number of amenities to enjoy. One of the 🏆best parts is that the Bobcat 🚍 shuttlestops across the street from the building, and then heads straight to campus.
I haven&#;t had any problems while I&#;ve been living here and I&#;m going on two years. There&#;s always community events to go to and they do their 🏆best to keep you up to date with whatever is going on at The Junction. Rent is easy to pay online, without any fees. 💡electricity is billed separately but since its split three ways, it&#;s quite cheap.
My roommates are also super chill, and easy to get along with.
