One bedroom in a 4 bedroom, 2 bath unit available to a 👩 female or non-binary person. Other roommates are chill, the place is in good shape. I&#;m happy to show the place in person. This is the cheapest rent in San Marcos - lower than listed on their website because I renewed early and got a discount. There is a 🚍 bus stop on the premises, and it is never too crowded. LGBTQ+ friendly. Pet-friendly (no one currently owns 🐕 pets but they do not mind if you come with one). Preferred move-in date is May 1st but there is flexibility for an April or June move-in.
