I have lived in these apartment complex for 3 years since I have been at TxState. Great amenities, 🐕 pet friendly and 🏆bestgym in the san marcos! The maintenance provides immediate assistance when needed. Very 🎇clean. Management is understanding. Every weekend from Thurs-Saturday there are party🚌 buses that take you to 6th street and back safely.
The reason why I am subleasing is because I have to move back home to Dallas for personal reasons.
If you take this lease, you will be able to move in as early as July th!! That way you do not have to be home-less or living in your car. I will also help you pay half of the first month of rent!
The roommates will be 2 👩 girls who are juniors at Txstate. They are very 🎇clean and friendly and are welcoming to new roommates!
