Oct 2017: My Daughter is a tenant here and has not had AC in her apartment for over a month now. I contacted this property manager over 4 weeks ago and they committed to correcting the problem only to find out they lost only maintenance employee. Now, I as well my daughter and her roommates have made several attempts to contact their main office to speak with someone and no answer, only a vm every time and no one will call us back. Very disappointed with this complex.
In addition to the AC repair needed, they also have a dish washer and garbage disposal not working for the same length of time. How can they get away with this type of service especially with temps in the upper 90's to 100's. This is definitely a liability for my daughter and her roommates so they have had to stay with friends nights at a time when available space. The only reason we renewed our lease after the first year was because the timing was bad for my roommate and I, as we were starting new jobs & grad school was only getting tougher, so we really didn't have the time to go out looking for a new place, although we really didn't want to live here either. The place is aesthetically pleasing, with a nice pool, nice workout room, and nice interior with black appliances.

Nov 2016: The Millennium itself is a great complex, they have an early move in date, unique floor plans, and its relatively quiet. If I were to write a review on just the Millennium it would get 4 stars, but my problem is with management. Prime Management is TERRIBLE! We had quite a few issues moving in (in August), it is now November and maybe 2 or 3 issues are fixed. You literally have to annoy them if you want any action to be taken. They do not respond to emails, make excuses why things can't be fixed, and are very slow to get anything done. Very lazy management staff and I am not impressed. Review from Google
