SUBLEASE* Hi! I have lived at Iconic Village Apartments for a little over 2 years, and am now looking for another 👩 female to sublease to! I moved as a transfer student, and it was a perfect 🚶 walking distance to campus for me! The apartment is downstairs, has a spacious living area, concrete floors (easy to 🎇clean), plenty of storage space, and a nice community garden right when you 🚶 walk outside of the apartment. I recommend this place for those looking for a place to stay close to campus, at a reasonable price!
