Unfortunately, we have to move out of San Marcos and we have a months lease for a 1 bedroom apartment (driftwood) with the Hillside ranch apartments starting 1//. From what I experienced in San Marcos, these apartments are the 🏆best in terms of price/quality ratio. Very close to campus, wifi provided, great staff, on the 🚍 bus line. If you are a student they can adjust your move out date based on your graduation.

Looking for someone to take over the lease because if we break it, it&#;ll be more expensive than transferring it. Even though it&#;s 1 month prior to our move in date, they are not willing to negotiate anything.
