The property is called Haven at Thorpe lane located about a mile from Texas State there’s a bunch of 🍔 restaurants and an H‑E‑B not even 2 minutes down the road, there’s a parking garage linked on the building with 6 floors, there’s a 🏊 pool, a gym, activity centers and a volleyball court. This is a two bedroom fully furnished🌊 water is split throughout the community so you only pay what you use power is through the city I believe there is community wide WiFi so it’s included. The bedroom is very large with a queen bed a desk and a dresser, the closet is a 🚶 walk-in the bathroom has a tub shower and is fully private, the kitchen has an island and is very large. There’s no deposit and the incentive I got saved about $ off the lease. I don’t live there I haven’t moved in but I’m from San Antonio and I can’t afford to move there anymore so I really need to get someone to move in and take over the lease before it starts and move in is on /.
