Eight 17 Lofts is located adjacent to Texas State campus. You are about as close as you can get without being on campus. No need for transportation to the campus, no waiting for a Shuttle or trying to find parking. This is something that just can not be beat in terms of your time and convenience. Other amenities include Wi-Fi in every unit, an infinity Pool, a full Fitness Center, rooftop lounge and covered parking.
An area we call the center has a clubhouse and study or event room. If you have a furry friend, they are Pet Friendly. Naturally we have fabulous apartments.
