Need taken ASAP, lease is till July. After that, by having my rate you should be able to renew the lease at the same rate, and not what it is going for now (+(furnishes)). There are no pets in the room, but you can add one for a fee if you&#;d like.
Very close to campus and is on the 🚍 bus route. Mail room takes care of all packages. It is 🌉 gated for extra protection. There are 🚶 walking paths behind the place/attached. Full kitchen, washer/dryer in the apartment. Has a balcony. On the third floor so there are not footsteps above you. Internet is pretty fast and included in rent.
You only pay by the BED, so if any roommate moves out it will not affect your rent amount.
JANUARY WILL BE PAID FOR.
