Howdy! Im in urgent need of a 👩 female student to take over my lease for January-July . The first month will already be paid for and we are willing to pay for any applicant fees! I am in a 3x3 floor plan with two other 👩 girls who are super sweet! I have a private bathroom in the room and an extra closet/pantry right outside the room. It is a pretty spacious room with lots of extra storage and built in 📺 tv. The unit comes fully furnished with a washer and dryer in unit and the apartment is on the top floor. The amenities include a resort style 🏊 pool, clubhouse, gym, study rooms, basketball court, and is on 🚍 bus routes that head straight to campus.
